Table of Contents:
What Is Jungle Scout?
Jungle Scout is a research tool for Amazon that helps you find successful products, guess how much they sell, look up keywords, and see what your competitors are up to, all in one simple dashboard.
In short, it quickly tells you which products can make you the most money and help your business grow. It was founded by Greg Mercer in 2015, which is when Amazon’s research got way better.
Jungle Scout Features
The main features NeuronWriter offers that you need to know about are:
- Product database
- Product tracker
- Opportunity finder
- Keyword scout
- Sales analytics
- Jungle Scout AI Assist
In the next part of this Jungle Scout review, we’ll explore all of these features next and give you a first-hand look at how they work as we try out the platform.
Product Database
With the Jungle Scout Product Database, you can search through the millions of products on Amazon. You get to choose where and what category you want to search in. Then, you can look at specific details like monthly sales, price, reviews, and ratings. This helps you find products that could be really good for selling. You can even type in keywords to make your search even more specific.
Product Tracker
Once you find a product you like, you can keep an eye on how well it’s doing with the Jungle Scout Product Tracker. This tool helps you watch how many sales it makes over time and check out which competitors are doing really well.
It’s a fantastic way to get information that can help you plan your strategy.
For instance, you could learn that a product has sales that change with the seasons and is about to slow down. This can save you from buying too much stock that won’t sell or spending a lot on advertising when it’s not a good time.
Opportunity Finder
Jungle Scout’s best feature is the Opportunity Finder, and that’s why many sellers love it.
With the Opportunity Finder, you can find the most lucrative product on Amazon that you can sell later. You can look into specific categories and sort results based on average price, competition, sales per month, and more.
When you do a quick search, you’ll find some promising products, but it’s a good idea to look closer before deciding on a new product idea.
Keyword Scout
The next awesome feature we’re looking at in this Jungle Scout review is Keyword Scout. This tool looks at Amazon data to tell you how often people search for specific keywords.
One of the best things about this tool is that you can type in your competitor’s ASINs to see the keywords they use to show up in search results.
You can also see how much it costs when someone clicks on those keywords, which helps you make your Amazon Ads better. It’s great for finding keywords that lots of people search for, but not many sellers compete for.
You can also check out how keywords have performed in the past, which can help you see if there are any trends or seasonal demand for certain products.
Sales Analytics
Sales Analytics tells you how quickly a product sells on Amazon. Jungle Scout is the best at giving you all the details about estimating sales, finding products that sell fast, and helping you improve your own product listing to make more money.
Jungle Scout AI Assist (New)
Jungle Scout’s AI Assist is a powerful artificial intelligence integration that does important tasks and gives Amazon sellers helpful insights and advice. within a few seconds.
With AI Assist for Listing Builder, you can easily create listings with the right keywords in just one click. It also helps you check data in the Profit Overview, make detailed financial reports, and find ways to boost your sales and profits.
Jungle Scout Extension
This isn’t a specific feature, but it’s a handy tool from Jungle Scout. It takes all the powerful features of the software and puts them in a little extension that goes right into your web browser. Plus, you can use the analytics features on Amazon’s website.
If you like a product, just click the Jungle Scout Chrome extension icon, and you’ll instantly get important info about that product, like sales, ranking, and how profitable it is.
Is Jungle Scout Accurate?
Every Amazon seller tool displays various data about different products. The big question is: Is this data correct?
I had some doubts about whether the data was accurate or not. But when I tried Jungle Scout, I discovered that it’s not only accurate but also the most trustworthy tool. Research has shown that Jungle Scout is 84.1% accurate. No other tool on the market provides data as precise as Jungle Scout.

Who Should Use Jungle Scout?
If you’re new to selling on Amazon and haven’t found the perfect product to sell yet, Jungle Scout is a great way to get started. With Jungle Scout, you can discover the right product to sell, find a good supplier, check out your competitors, and even launch your product on Amazon. This saves you a lot of time, so you can focus on marketing and making sales.
It’s your first step into the world of selling on Amazon and offers useful tools like opportunity finder, product database, sales analytics, keyword data, and Jungle Scout Chrome Extension.
The information it provides is accurate, so you can trust it to make the right decisions. The product database has filters to help you find products that are in high demand but not sold by many people.
Jungle Scout Customer Support System
There are two ways to get help with Jungle Scout, and both work well. You can contact their team by email or use the live chat option. Live chat is okay, but it’s best for basic problems. Email is better because it connects you with a real person who can help you faster.
I’ve contacted Jungle Scout’s customer support many times, and they were knowledgeable about the product. They usually reply in less than twenty minutes, and sometimes even in just ten minutes when you send them a question. But they aim to reply within an hour, and it might take up to five hours sometimes.
Recently, Jungle Scout started offering specialized support for Jungle Scout Cobalt, which is for brands and agencies. So, if you’re an enterprise-level seller, you’ll have a team that knows all about the special needs of large businesses.
But, there’s one downside: there’s no phone support. It can be frustrating at times because powerful software like Jungle Scout with so many loyal users should have phone support, and it’s disappointing that they don’t.
Jungle Scout User Dashboard
Jungle Scout isn’t just one tool; it’s a bunch of tools rolled into one. And putting all these tools into a single dashboard is a big task. But I have to say, Jungle Scout has done an excellent job with it.
Even if you’re new to Jungle Scout, you can easily figure out how to use it. The interface is clean and made to help Amazon sellers with everything they need.
The dashboard gives you a detailed look at important information about how your Amazon business is doing. It also offers useful resources to help you solve any problems you might run into while using the different tools.
Plus, you’ll find product databases and opportunity finder tools right at the top, so you can dive into product research right away. You can even manage your PPC campaigns and make changes directly from the main dashboard.
Jungle Scout Price – How Much Does It Cost?
Jungle Scout has two types of pricing plans. The first type is called standard plans, which have three different options. The other type is package pricing, and it also has three different choices. Now, let’s explore all the Jungle Scout plans.
#1. Jungle Scout Standard Plans
There are 3 different tiers of Standard plans:
1. Basic Plan: The basic plan is for beginners who are just starting with Amazon FBA. If you’re not getting a lot of orders yet, this plan is for you. For just $29 per month (billed yearly), you get all the essential tools from Jungle Scout, including search and automation features.
2. Suite Plan: If you’re more experienced and want to take your Amazon business to the next level, consider the suite plan. You can get all these features for $84 per month or pay $999 for the entire year.
All plans include Jungle Scout Web App and the Chrome extension and there’s a 7-day money-back guarantee if you’re not fully satisfied with the service.
#2. Jungle Scout Package Plans
In addition to Standard plans, Jungle Scout provides package plans, and we’ve explained them thoroughly here.
1. Start-up Suite: This plan costs $189 and goes on for three months. It includes all the Start-up Suite plan features, 90 days of historical product tracking data, one year of historical keyword search data, get-started checklist, training sessions, weekly live Q&A sessions, and priority onboarding.
2. Entrepreneur Suite: Priced at $349, this plan lasts for six months and offers the same features as the Start-up Suite plan.

Conclusion – Is Jungle Scout Worth It?
In our experience, Jungle Scout is an excellent tool for Amazon sellers and probably the best thing you can invest in for your Amazon business.
We’ve found the data to be quite accurate, which has been a big help in planning my Amazon selling strategy. The product research tools and Advertising Analytics tools are really useful. We’ve had no major issues with the Chrome extension or the web app, just a few small hiccups.
Of course, it’s not perfect. The keyword research tool has some bugs, and the product portfolio analysis isn’t super detailed. Also, the price is a bit high, which might be a turn-off for beginners, and the lack of a free trial doesn’t help (though there is a 7-day refund policy).
Still, the amount of data it provides for product research, price trends, and sales estimates makes it worth the cost. If you want to succeed as an Amazon seller, Jungle Scout is a must-have tool. Don’t forget to use our exclusive coupon code to get up to 55% off your annual subscription.
