Step 1: Head Over to The Multiverse AI
First things first, go to The Multiverse AI, the top AI tool for generating realtor images.
When you get there, you’ll see two plans:
- Individual headshots – Choose this if you just need a headshot for yourself.
- Team headshots – Select this if you’re creating headshots for your entire real estate team.

Step 2: Upload Your Images
Once you’ve picked a plan, it’s time to upload your images and let the AI get to work.
To do this, you’ll need to send the AI some random photos of yourself so it can create the headshots. Head over to the image upload page and follow the instructions provided.
Tip: Avoid sending a bunch of selfies. The AI needs images that show different angles and situations. It doesn’t matter if your photos aren’t professional—just use some casual images from your phone.

Step 3: Crop Your Images
Before you upload your images, crop them into a square format.
You can use the crop tool provided by The Multiverse AI to do this. If you see an error message like the one below (usually due to low image resolution), don’t worry. Just enhance your image using an AI tool.
Here’s how:
- Open a free image enhancer tool.
- Upload your photo.
- Click “Start.”
- After a few seconds, download your improved image.
Once your image is enhanced, head back to The Multiverse AI to upload it. Repeat this process until you have at least 12 images. If you can, try to upload 20 images, but 12 should be enough to get started.
Step 4: Wait for Your Realtor Headshots
Once you’ve uploaded your images, the AI will start working its magic. This process takes about 60–120 minutes, but you don’t need to stick around for it. You can close the window, and the AI will continue processing the images on their servers.
When your headshots are ready, The Multiverse AI will send you an email notification. It’ll look something like this:
Click the link in the email, and you’ll see your brand-new AI-generated headshots, all based on the pictures you uploaded.

Step 5: Customize Your Headshots
You’ve got a ton of AI headshots, but they all look kinda the same, right? That’s the thing with AI – it’s great, but it can also be a bit generic. You might not find that perfect shot of yourself in a suit, looking like a pro realtor.
But here’s the good news: you can fix that.
First, upgrade to the Custom plan. Then, head over to this page and tell the AI exactly what you want.
For example, I simply told the AI: “Headshots of me smiling in front of a building I just sold in Poland.”
In just a minute or two, I had a whole new set of unique images.
Just one thing: make sure to use the word “me” in your instructions. For example, say “Headshots of me…” instead of “Headshots of myself…”
The AI is trained to understand “me,” so it’ll know you’re talking about you.
I learned this the hard way. When I forgot to use “me,” I ended up with a bunch of random headshots of other people. Not exactly what I was going for.
So, just remember to use “me,” and you’ll get the personalized headshots you deserve.
